How to connect IPad with Apple pen?

iPad Air (2nd generation and earlier)
Make sure your iPad model is compatible with the Apple Pencil. Not all iPads support the Apple Pencil, so it’s essential to confirm compatibility. Charge the Apple Pencil: If it’s a new Apple Pencil or hasn’t been used in a while, you may need to charge it. Simply plug the Lightning connector into the Lightning port on your iPad or use the included adapter to charge it with a Lightning cable.
- Remove the Cap: Before connecting IPad with Apple pen,If you have the first-generation Apple Pencil, remove the cap from the back of the pencil to reveal the Lightning connector.
- Connect to iPad: For the first-generation Apple Pencil, plug the Lightning connector into the Lightning port on your iPad. For the second-generation Apple Pencil, simply attach it magnetically to the side of your iPad near the charging port.
